The scientific program of our congress will last 2 days.
For accompanying person registrations (for non-congress participants), please contact the organization secretariat.
The registration fees including accommodation, as listed above, cover:
- 1 or 2 nights of full-board accommodation at Ilıca Hotel Spa & Wellness Resort (based on the selected dates).
- Congress documents, including a name badge, certificate of participation, and other materials prepared for the congress.
- Access to scientific sessions and exhibition areas for 1 or 2 full days, depending on the selected package.
The prices listed do not include the 20% VAT. The VAT-inclusive amounts can be viewed by clicking the registration button and accessing the registration form.
If the government increases VAT rates, the additional tax will be reflected in the fees.
Wearing a name badge is mandatory for entry into the congress venues.

Congress External Participation Fee (For participants not staying at the congress hotel – daily congress entry fee)

This is the daily congress registration fee for participants not staying at the congress hotel.
The external participation fee includes:
- 1-day access to congress sessions, poster presentations, and exhibition areas.
- Tea/coffee breaks and lunch.
Participants can purchase 1-day or 2-day passes, depending on the number of days selected on the registration form.
Name badge checks will be conducted at the entrance. Specialists, assistants, accompanying persons, and company representatives who are not staying at the hotel must complete registration.
The above fees do not include the 20% VAT. The VAT-inclusive amounts can be viewed by clicking the registration button and accessing the registration form.
If the government increases VAT rates, the additional tax will be applied to the fees.
Students must present a valid student ID at the time of registration.

This fee applies only to non-congress participant accompanying persons/guests.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Munera Event.
Full refunds will be provided for written cancellation requests made by March 15, 2025. No cancellations will be accepted after this date.
For cancellations made on or after March 16, 2025, no refunds will be issued.
Name changes will not be allowed starting from April 1, 2025.

All refunds will be processed after the congress.
The total fee can be paid via bank transfer or credit card.
Installment payment options are available for credit card transactions, with an additional interest charge.
